Ingredients:  Beef, seasoned with onion, garlic, thyme scallion, scotch bonnet peppers, Jamaican allspice (pimento).

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS:

OVEN
From frozen, remove patty from package and place on baking sheet before putting in the oven. Pre-heat oven at 380"F.  Re-heat for approximately 15-20 minutes.   Do not refreeze. 

AIR FRYER

Preheat air fryer at 375".  Reheat for 13-15 minutes

QUICK FROM FROZEN

Reheat in microwave for 34 seconds, then in oven or air fryer for 5-7 minutes.
